Fitness Center, located inside the family life center, provides
a productive environment where you can workout in a peaceful
atmosphere surrounded by others who share the common goal
of physical health improvement.
Along
with enjoying state of the art equipment, showers are also
available for those who wish to shower after a brisk workout.

Monday – Tuesday: 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 6 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday: 6 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday: 6 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Karate
Classes Also Available:
Children (ages 5-11): Tuesday/ Thursday 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Youth (ages 12 and up) and Adults: Tuesday/Thursday 6
p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
